Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sabia Insights. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or accessing Sabia, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Sabia Insights (the “Service”), including creating an account, submitting content, or reading content published on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately. Certain features of the Service may be subject to additional guidelines, community rules, or policies, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Section 02

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have received parental or legal guardian consent to use the Service and that your parent or guardian has read and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Account responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (including your password) and for any activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

Section 03

  • Personal reading progress, bookmarks, and recommendations
  • Author accounts with a publishing dashboard and content editor
  • Reader analytics, engagement features (comments, likes, shares)

Section 04

Author Program

The “Become an Author” program allows qualifying users to submit original content for publication on Sabia. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review applications at our sole discretion and may accept or reject any application for any reason, including, without limitation, the quality of prior work, alignment with Sabia’s editorial mission, or capacity.

  • Publish only original work that they own or hold sufficient rights to

“User Content” means any text, images, audio, video, links, or other material that you submit, upload, publish, or display through the Service — including articles, comments, messages, and profile information.

Your license to us

You retain full ownership of your User Content. By publishing or submitting User Content toSabia, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, promote, publicly perform, and publicly display such User Content — solely for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and protecting the Service.

This license includes the right to feature your work on our homepage, newsletters, social media channels, and in promotional materials, with appropriate attribution. You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting support, though cached or archived copies may persist for a reasonable period.

Representations & warranties

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have obtained all necessary rights to your User Content
  • Your User Content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other legal right
  • Your User Content is truthful, accurate, and does not constitute misrepresentation or fraud

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, rent, or create derivative works based upon the Service without our express written consent.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as explicitly stated at the time of purchase. Subscription renewals will be charged automatically unless canceled before the renewal date through your account settings.

Section 09

Disclaimers

Educational & informational use

All content published on Sabia Insights is for general informational purposes only. Articles do not constitute financial, legal, medical, tax, investment, or professional advice. Opinions expressed in author articles are those of the individual authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of Sabia, its staff, or partners.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of published content but cannot guarantee that information is complete, correct, or current. Reliance on any information on the Service is at your own risk.

“As is” provision

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM US OR THROUGH THE SERVICE, SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Sabia Insights, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00 USD) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO Sabia IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Section 11

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. This includes, without limitation, any suspected or actual breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings, or by requesting deletion via privacy@sabiahq.com. Note that content you have published may remain publicly visible for a reasonable archival period.
